1. What BimaCircle Is

BimaCircle (bimacircle.in) is a public directory of insurance advisors in India. We connect users with advisors — we do not sell insurance, provide financial advice, or act as an insurance broker or intermediary.

2. Advisor Information is Self-Reported

All advisor profiles are created and maintained by advisors themselves. BimaCircle does not independently verify the validity, currency, or status of any IRDAI licence or qualification claimed by an advisor. Users should verify advisor credentials independently at irdai.gov.in before engaging.

3. No Endorsement

Listing on BimaCircle does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any advisor's services, qualifications, or conduct. Users contact advisors entirely at their own discretion and risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

BimaCircle and GoalPlan Technologies are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between users and advisors found through this platform. Any insurance advice, policy recommendation, or financial guidance is solely the responsibility of the advisor you choose to engage.

5. Contact Data

When you submit a contact request through BimaCircle, your name, phone number, email, and message are shared with the advisor you selected and stored in our system. This data is used solely to facilitate your connection with the advisor. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Advisor Consent

Advisors listed on BimaCircle have explicitly consented to public display of their profile information. Advisors may request removal by contacting us at hello@bimacircle.in.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
